Our policy lasts 14 days on our  products only. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you are unable to return the goods in the 14 days for unforeseeable reasons, please contact us at info@withlovefromtheuk.com within that time and we will manage it on a case by case basis. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

UK Shipping 

We ship our Gift Boxes the next working day (not weekends) or if placed before 12.00pm we will ship the same working day most of the time unless we are very busy. We will always notify you if ever there are any delays on your order.

Shipping Costs and Estimated Times 

Within the UK is as follows:

Please note: we do not currently ship our Gift Boxes outside the UK

Monthly Subscription Boxes shipping times are dependant on when you subscribe or place the order. If you have joined us for the next Subscription Box we always work a month behind so for instance any subscriptions or orders placed in January for a monthly subscriptions this will be shipped the last day of January to arrive the very start of February usually the 1st of the month but this does depend on Royal Mail.

Please note: We do not ship our 3, 6 and 12 month Subscription Boxes outside of the UK.

All delivery times are approximate and not strictly guaranteed to arrive within the noted timeframe, as you can imagine once we have fulfilled your order and handed it over to Royal Mail there can be unexpected delays with them, they will list anything on their website so please always check with them.
